Fitness center “Body & Soul” had its opening day on April of 1995, when “Kos Hotel Junior Suites”, situated right in front of the marina of Kos, was fully renovated.  Back then, it was exclusive for the hotel customers and you could find it on the lower level of the establishment.  Almost ten years later, it was fully equipped with all the necessary work out equipment, was transferred on the first floor, its space was doubled and it started attracting more of the island’s residents.  Since then it hasn’t stopped to renew its equipment, following the modern work out trends, and to add new group training programs for adults and children.

Also, as the years went by, it evolved into a modern center of aesthetics and invigoration, that stays open throughout the year. In “Body & Soul”, the visitors can enjoy moments of relaxation in the sauna, after a hard working out, recover from muscle fatigue in the jacuzzi and get mentally and physically invigorated with one of the available massage choices.  Lastly, professional nail treatment (manicure - pedicure) and depilation (partial or full hair removal) services are available for our customers, and a great variety of body and facial treatments, as well. Our experienced and trained spa employees understand the needs of each customer and advise the equivalent treatments to achieve the desired result.
