Conference room “Xenia”

Open throughout the year and situated on the center of the island, opposite the centenarian ficus of Vasileos Georgiou Street, the conference room “Xenia” of hotel “Kos Aktis Αrt Hotel” is the ideal working spot for small groups of ten people or less. You can find it on the second floor of the hotel, designed by the standards of modern aesthetics and it is perfect for business meetings and corporate presentations.  All the necessary technological infrastructures are available so that the needs of a business meeting may be covered.

It is equipped with a high speed wireless network and a projector, a printer, a flip chart, a private bathroom and a self-contained air condition unit, while the electric curtains ensure a full control of natural lighting.   Moreover, the meeting room has the privilege of being immediately served by the all-day bar-restaurant “H20”, so depending on the meeting needs a buffet is set inside the room or à la carte orders are made via telephone.  In case of long breaks, the participants may have lunch in “H20” and relax as they enjoy the sea view.  Lastly, upon request, our chef may prepare special meals that will boost the efficiency of the working group.
