Kos Aktis Art Hotel

Boutique hotel “Kos Aktis Art Hotel” is open throughout the year and is situated by the sea, in a privileged spot at the center of Kos, just a few meters away from the harbor and the most important sightseeing.  It has proudly opened its doors for public in 2005, after the reconstruction of the historic Xenia which had been abandoned to its fate.  Being cozy, modern, with its European style and its subtractive form as well as its high quality services, «Kos Aktis Art Hotel” successfully continues the heritage of Xenia, which since the 60’s has been a landmark of the island of Hippocrates. All thirty six rooms and six suites of our hotel are equally divided into three floors and all have a panoramic view to the sea and to the neighboring island of Halicarnassus. 

The side to side window wall in front of the bed permits the unobstructed view to the Aegean Sea, while the made out of glass balcony gives the visitor the sense that he stands on a deck.  The room is mostly made out of wood and glass, permitting the light to warmly embrace it. This revitalizing contact with the sea continues outside the hotel rooms and into the “H20”, the “all day bar-restaurant” of the hotel.  Literally surrounded by water, with its exceptional Mediterranean cuisine and a luscious menu of beverages/drinks, it is recommended for all the hours of the day, either for having lunch or a cup of coffee.  There is also available a gym room, with all the necessary working out equipment, and “Xenia” a fully equipped meeting room for small groups of people.
